About
Architect, designer, and builder of meaningful spaces
Ankush Malde
Architect & Designer
I believe architecture should serve people first. Every project I take on begins with a conversation understanding how spaces will be lived in, worked in, and felt. My approach blends modern aesthetics with practical, sustainable design that stands the test of time.
With experience spanning residential homes, commercial facades, community infrastructure, and interior design, I bring a holistic vision to every build. From initial sketches to construction oversight, I'm involved at every stage.
Education & Early Practice
Studied architecture with a focus on contemporary design and sustainable building practices. Developed a deep appreciation for how materiality, light, and proportion shape the human experience within built environments.
Homes That Breathe
Began designing residential projects that integrate green spaces with modern facades. Developed a signature style blending vertical gardens, louvered screens, and open-plan living — homes designed for India's climate and culture.
Bold Architectural Statements
Expanded into commercial and mixed-use projects. Explored bold geometric forms, angular facades, and dynamic material contrasts to create buildings that stand out in the urban landscape while remaining functional and efficient.
Design for Everyone
Took on community-oriented projects including healthcare centers and public spaces. Architecture at its best serves the community — these projects taught me that thoughtful design can uplift neighborhoods and improve everyday lives.
Spaces from the Inside Out
Developed a full interior design practice — from wainscoting and cove lighting to material palettes and furniture selection. Great architecture doesn't stop at the facade; the interior experience is where design truly comes to life.
The Practice Today
Currently focused on pushing boundaries with contemporary residential and commercial projects. Every new commission is an opportunity to explore the relationship between form, function, light, and the lives of the people who inhabit these spaces.
